Seasonal hold

I want to start a hold 10/23 but system won’t let me start until 12/1. Why?

Hello, @JPN1! Thank you for creating a post about your Seasonal Convenience Plan concerns. We definitely want to provide you with any information that'll help, and I'll start with some eligibility points. To be eligible, most customers need to have been subscribers to our service for at least 30 days. You can't currently have a non-pay service interruption or be past due. You also may not be eligible if you've already enrolled in a Seasonal Convenience Plan twice within 12 months (and the plan is only available certain times a year in our Northeast division). The exact date of eligibility should be listed correctly on the Seasonal Convenience Plan enrollment form. Is that where you see 12/01/23? Other things to keep in mind: you must be away from your service address for 60 to 270 days (the max number of days be as short as 150, depending on the region you reside in). Does anything stand out to you so far for why the eligibility date may not be until the first of December?
