Seasonal convenience plan

Comes up in Spanish when trying to enroll and nowhere to change to english???

Hi there, @debsbutr I'm sorry for the trouble you are having with not being able to change the language.-Richard

  1. Go to the Xfinity Website: Navigate to Xfinity.com and sign in to your account.Look for the Language Button:
  2. Once logged in and on the account overview page, look in the upper-right corner of the screen. You should see a button displaying the current language, likely "Español" or "Es" 
  3. Click and Switch: Click on that button. The page and your account settings should switch back to English.

Or, on https://www.xfinity.com/seasonal, scroll almost to the bottom of the page, until you see a line that says 

    Sobre nosotros   Servicos   Politicas   English | Español

And select "English".
