Seasonal Convenience Plan

Hello,

I’m trying to enroll in the Seasonal Convenience Plan, but the website only gives me the $20/month Seasonal Internet Access Plan (20 Mbps).

I do not want Internet access while I’m away — I only want the basic Seasonal Convenience Plan at $8/month, with no Internet.

Can you please help me switch to the correct plan or tell me how to do it?

I am sorry to hear about the experience with attempting to put your account on Seasonal Hold. We would recommend following the steps here, and if you are still having troubles, we would recommend clearing cache/cookies of your browser and try again. Please let us know if you are still having troubles.

I have a link that goes through the steps on how to manage and edit your plan at https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/seasonal-convenience-plan-enrollment. It's important to know you can’t change your start date if it has already passed.
