Seasonal plans may only be available at specific times of the year, and I can only confirm with an account number. To see if your account is eligible to be on seasonal before the October - January enrollment, you can visit this site: https://comcastseasonal.com/

How many times can you enroll, and time frame in between:
- You can use the seasonal enroll once every 12 months.
Seasonal service price breakdown:
- Pricing for seasonal is: $8 Xfinity TV, $8 for Xfinity internet with just email access, $29.95 for Xfinity internet (seasonal access up to 3MBPS that keeps active for security/smart devices), $8 Xfinity Voice. Standard rates apply for Xfinity Home, Xfinity Mobile, and Streaming services - Peacock, Netflix, Hulu, Spotify, Pandora, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+ retail rate applies during Seasonal Convenience Plan period.
* A Broadcast TV Fee of up to $38.45 will be charged monthly in addition to any monthly recurring charges.
** Xfinity Home and Xfinity Mobile cannot be put on the Seasonal Convenience Plan. Standard rates apply.
