Seasonal Convenience Plan
I live in Canada and have seasonal plan than runs out Dec 10.
We can not get down this year because of obvious reasons and want to extend beyond the 270 days.
How do we do that? If we can't how do we cancel service? And if we cancel service how do we get the router to you if we aren't at that location?
It seems an exception should be made for snow birds that don't have a choice!

ok, not getting what i got before, but still want to extend my plan (it won't let me) as we in Canada cannot get down to FLA this year

Same question as DerekKing: seasonal suspend is about to expire, but on account of the pandemic, unable to cross Canada-US border and get to our Florida condo. Want to extend the seasonal suspend for another couple of months, but unable to do that online. What can I do?
