Seasonal Convenience Plan
I live in Canada and have seasonal plan than runs out Dec 10.
We can not get down this year because of obvious reasons and want to extend beyond the 270 days.
How do we do that? If we can't how do we cancel service? And if we cancel service how do we get the router to you if we aren't at that location?
It seems an exception should be made for snow birds that don't have a choice!
