Seasonal Convenience Plan
I contacted Comcast customer service to change the start date of the seasonal convenience plan. I wanted to start the plan on 12/1/20 instead of 11/8/20. I received a confirmation email from Comcast indicating that they received my request. Yesterday I got my bill that reflected that Comcast put my account on the seasonal convenience plan on 11/8. I contacted customer service and was told I could remove the seasonal convenience plan but I could not add it again until 11/2021. The agent was very nice and told me she needed to contact another department that was closed at the time we spoke. She told me she would contact them and call me the next day. No surprise...no call the next day. How do I resolve this issue?
