Seasonal Convenience Plan not initiated.
My Seasonal Convenience Plan was to start on April 29, but I am still being billed the full monthly charge for internet service. My next bill is due June 6 which I haven't paid yet. I am overseas and will not be back in the US for several months. The Xfinity Assistant is useless.

I'd also like to check your account to ensure you're being billed accurately. Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Include your name and address so I can find the account and get started on a resolution.
