Seasonal Convenience Plan Ineligibility

I need to put my account on a Seasonal Convenience Plan for 3 months, but the web portal says I'm ineligible. I am traveling and need to reduce my bill to the $8/mo suspend rate. Would support be able manually apply this for me?
