Seasonal Convenience Plan — ComcastSeasonal.com server error

https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/search?q=send%20a%20%22direct%20message%22&sortKey=RELEVANCE&page=1&sortOrder=

I am trying to enroll in the Xfinity Seasonal Convenience Plan. I go to xfinity.com/seasonal and click the Enroll button.

After signing in, Xfinity redirects me to:
comcastseasonal.com/Home/GetToken

I then receive the error: “Safari Can't Connect to the Server — Safari can't open the page because Safari can't connect to the server ‘comcastseasonal.com’.”

I have tried Safari, another browser, my phone, and clearing cookies. The problem is specifically occurring when Xfinity redirects me to the Comcast Seasonal server. My regular Xfinity internet connection is working normally.

I have already tried Xfinity Chat, but the automated system kept trying to troubleshoot my internet connection rather than the Seasonal server.

Could an official Xfinity employee please help me with the Seasonal Convenience Plan or escalate this to the team responsible for ComcastSeasonal.com?

user_6meq3t We appreciate you reaching out to us over our Xfinity Community Forums. We would be more than happy to help get you pointed in the right direction. After you click Enroll at https://www.xfinity.com/seasonal are you prompted to enter your Xfinity User ID at all, or do you get the error right away?

Both - given I've tried about 20 times.    When I've logged into my Xfintity account, I get the error immediately.   If I was logged out of the Xfinity website - I get prompted for my User ID & Password.
