Screen saver is on when I turn on my TV

How do I get rid of the screensaver when i first turn on my TV.  It only happens on one box.  The rest don't have this issue.  An please don't tell me to go to setting and c hange the screen saver settings.  I have already tried that.  It never used to happen and has just started happening.  Its extremely annoying.

Greetings, user_9x2o2c! Thanks for reaching out about the screensaver and for checking the setting already. There is not a way to turn that off as you see, just extend the time before it pops up.

What type of TV box are you using that it comes on when you first turn the TV on such as a 4K, wireless, or HD box?

The last time the TV was watched, it is on Live TV, On Demand, DVR, or in an app when it is shut off? Or does not not seem to matter the programming, it still comes on?

It is on live TV.  This never used to happen.  I have been to settings and changed the setting to "5 hours" before it goes on but that is when the TV is left on.  I mean, When i first turn on the TV thde screensaver is the first thin i see rather than just seeing the channel that i left when I turned theTV off.  As I said before that didn't used to happen.  I believe ihave an X1 cable box.  I am even more annoyed that I can't get a real agent when I use the xfinity assistent even when the continue not to even have to right problem.  It is very frusdtrating.  I am paying almost $400 dollars amonth and not to be able to get this fixed or speak to a real person is extremely annoying and making me think about cutting the cable all together.
