SCRA Violation - Refund denied

Good afternoon, I cancelled my XFINITY service due to a PCS taking me abroad and was incorrectly charged an early termination fee, which is a violation of the Service Member Civil Relief act. When speaking with the billing department they opened a ticket for me request a refund of this fee and within hours this request was denied. I’m using this forum now to escalate this issue for higher level review. Im hoping to resolve this without having to escalate to the BBB
