Scheduling Coax Outlet Installation

I recently moved into a new apartment that does not have a coax outlet. I already purchased an Xfinity Internet plan and received my modem, but did not discover the lack of a coax outlet until after. What steps should I take towards having Xfinity/Comcast install a coax outlet for one of the walls in my apartment? Is it common to first get my landlord's written consent? Will I be able to schedule the installation online? This is my first time needing to have a coax outlet isntalled, so any assistance would be appreciated.
