Schedule technician

I need a person to come to my home.  I have trouble shooter with an online agent who identified that I need a new remote.  I picked it up at the local store today and the new remote WILL NOT PAIR.  Please let me schedule an appointment.

@XfinityThomasD​ The link you provided gave me exactly what I needed!  The instructions were different from what the Virtual Assistant provided.  The new instructions worked immediately.  Thank you!
