Schedule technician for Xfinity Home Security.

My Xfinity Home security system has multiple unreliable sensors, and I've stopped arming it because I don't trust it. I've already spent considerable time troubleshooting. I'd like to schedule an in-home technician visit. Can an Xfinity Support representative please assist me?.  I have been so frustrated just trying to reach somebody. I need the system working, or I will be forced to cancel it and switch to a different service.
