Schedule Technician Appointment

Hello, 

I am in dire need to schedule an appointment with a technician to install and activate my Gateway internet please help me. I placed order online and paid for priority shipping and i received my equipment very quickly. It was delivered Tuesday and tonight is the first chance I have had to set it up, but I had not realized that we do not have any cable wall outlets to plug into. We have Dish Network for TV service and I assume they cut out the cable wires when they installed it. I am starting a new position at work that has me working from home full-time now and I start that next Thursday morning. I need to get a technician out here ASAP to install outlet please. I know that I will have to around 100$ to have a technician come out to complete the activation, my credit card is attached to my account and can be charged for this appointment. Please please help me. If I can't get this activated and up and running by Tuesday 10/11/2022, then I will need to return this and find service elsewhere.  Please get me a technician out here quickly,  I will pay any extra charges to expedite my activation please contact me ASAP regarding an appointment to install an outlet and complete the activation process. Someone is at the house almost all day, everyday.

   Click "Sign In" if necessary
   Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://comca.st/3efIyb4
   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
   Press Enter to send it
