I'm having trouble with my tv reception, where I loose either picture or voice for a short periods  then it returns. In addition, Im having trouvble with my phone line where calls go directly to voicemail without ever ringing.  I  recently replaced my Modem in , to hopefully improve my service which didnt seem to help. I have spent several hours with the computer assistant and all it does is continuosly ask me to sign in, then statr over
