Hello, @user_472074. Thank you for reaching out over Xfinit Forums for support, you have contacted the right place for assistance with getting an appointment scheduled. With the location being a new construction, we would need to check to ensure it is a serviceable location in our system.
I did want to help get the proper expectations set up if the address hasn't been added to our system. As long as the new build has been registered with USPS, and the location isn't found in our system. We would need to open a serviceability ticket, which is reviewed by our team of experts and then updated in our system to be able to place on order for installation.
