Schedule appointment with technician

I have today setup a arris s33v3 modem and a deco wifi mesh system. I have a xfinity 750MBps plan but the actual speed is 12 MBps. When I had a motorolla MG7700 modem and I used it in bridge mode, I got the actual 750 speed. But then it broke and I had to buy a new modem. What could be the issue ? My net is very slow and hardly working. Tried to schedule appointment with technician however AI tries troubleshooting which is clearly not working.

also, I do not find any pen and paper or direct message section anywhere

 Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message

Also, make sure in your Forums User profile that you have Direct Messaging turned on.
