Schedule appointment for installing wifi cable before actual move date

I am moving to a new address March 1st. The new address does not have a wifi cable, so it requires techs to install one. Am I able to schedule installing the wifi cable 2 weeks before setting up my move date?

The new landlord wants to be present when the techs install the cable, so he wants installation on Feb 21. However, I will still need wifi at my old address until then.

Can someone please let me know how to schedule wifi cable installation outside of an actual move request?

Hello @user_0fd3l6 Thanks for reaching out about your move and new address installation. We certainly appreciate you wanting to move with us and can help accommodate the best option for you to get this going. This far in advance we should be able to make that work but will need to check weekend availability. Please send us a direct message with your name and both new and current service addresses and we will figure this out for you.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
