Schedule a Technician Visit without going through the chat bot for the 100th time

I have had an issue with my internet dropping daily for over 6 months now. Every time I try to get help, I have to go through a cumbersome and time consuming chat bot knowing they can never solve my issues. I just want to be able to have an easy way to have another technician come to my home to figure out what is wrong without the xfinity assistant telling me I need to restart my modem first. I've gone through this process many times, restarting my modem never helps and is very disruptive to my household as we all work from home. I don't need to be having my internet dropping as well as waiting for my modem to boot back up post restart, when it never helps anyways. Someone please advise, thanks.
