If it is just wire you need we provide free Coax at any of our service centers or one of our standard technician appointments would help with that. If you need a new Coax outlet installed and active so you can use your modem or TV box in a new location that would be an installation appointment and there would be a one-time fee but we can help get that set up for you.  Most of the time the installation requests are done when services are first started while placing your order so I apologize for any confusion on the process.
