schedule a tech

I cannot get the bot to help me schedule a tech, and the text thread continues to try to troubleshoot the same process it has been troubleshooting for 2 days. I got a new modem bc I was told by an agent that mine was killed during the recent power outage but it is still showing connection issues. I need a technician to check the lines. I work for Comcast and still can't get this to work, it's incredibly frustrating!
