Here I am again, leaving a bad review because it has now been over six months since I installed my camera system with Xfinity, and the installer damaged it. To this day, this awful company like Xfinity has not taken care of the repair, and I am going to keep leaving bad reviews until I feel like it, because they are shameless. Stay away from this company. I am going to directly accuse the awful customer service they have, who only know how to post, “send us your case,” and in the end, they solve absolutely nothing. They know it is a repair and that you can’t sue them, so they don’t care at all about the customer. They don’t care about the customer, the satisfaction, or the damage they have caused me here. And I am going to directly accuse the head camera installer in the city of Houston, because he is the one who has been lying and making my case be denied, saying that I refused the repair, which I find illogical, when I have been fighting to get it fixed—the hole they left in my roof due to their installer slipping and falling. Stay away from this company. It is useless, and it has awful customer service here in the Houston department. Don’t waste your time with them.
