Here I am again, leaving a bad review and expressing my frustration because it’s been over two and a half months since the technician who came to install the cameras with Xfinity damaged my ceiling. It collapsed and created a huge hole in it. I’ve been promised countless times that they would come fix it, but they keep lying to me. I’ve filed numerous complaints, and they still refuse to take action. They just tell me to fix it myself and deal with my insurance, even though they are the ones who caused the damage. I also want to report the crew leader of the technicians because he has lied to me multiple times, making me open tickets, and then he closes or cancels them so that I keep insisting. Xfinity’s customer service is the worst there is. All they do is say, “Please send a message with your number and name, and we’ll help,” but they don’t help at all. Stay away from Xfinity, I recommend it. They have good prices, but the customer service and the service in general are some of the worst I’ve ever seen in my life. I switched from AT&T to Xfinity, and it was one of the worst mistakes I’ve ever made. Stay away; they are shameless thieves who don’t care about customers, only about making money and robbing them.
