Scammed

After 9 years of Service I have given this company they have Taken the cake with this one in December of 24 I was told i would qualify for the buy 1 get 1 free if i added a line matter of fact i added 2 lines to make sure i got the free phone and Here we are a year later I'm still paying full price for both phones that they clearly know was advertised as buy 1 get 1 free as they repeatedly told me they never have read such an ad I have screenshots of this and it's on my email so for them to say that is ridiculous they have it on recording and they know this for a fact on top of that I paid For a phone for over a year that had no service they know that because they had to program the phone back their correct way because it was programmed the wrong way since we purchased the phone we never knew it had no service because the phone was always hooked to my Wi-Fi until we had to go somewhere and found out there was no service they did not give me a full Other than a couple months of a discount which clearly shows their guilty all I want is the $27 discount on my bill like they said and I don't want to have to call in every month to get it like the last associate told me I had to do.
