Scammed by Xfinity agents and now left with nothing.

I was lured into buying a phone and porting my current T-Mobile line to Xfinity with the promise that everything would cost $28 with no extra fees. I specifically asked multiple times about any additional charges, and the agent assured me there wouldn't be any. However, once my line was ported and activated, I was informed there would be an extra $20 charge for the Gig plan per line, and they apologized for the "miscommunication." I have screenshots to prove this.

When I questioned this additional charge, they kept transferring me to multiple agents, but none of them took any meaningful action. Instead, they just kept apologizing for the situation, leaving me to bear the loss. When I considered porting out, another agent convinced me to stay, saying if I brought a second line, I could get both lines with unlimited data for just $20 total. Trusting this, I ported my second line, only to be told once again that this was incorrect information, and now I’m the one stuck with the higher costs.

I have the screenshots and chat transcripts where I asked the agents multiple times about the offers and promotions, and it's clear they are scamming customers.

I feel completely scammed, not once but twice, and now I am left feeling frustrated and depressed.
