Scammed by my rep at the Xfinity Sore

So I went to the Xfinity store here in Portland.  I got a new S26 and needed it setup to replace my old S10+.  After the setup she said she "wanted to make sure all her customers get the best deal" but instead I got scammed when I asked her 8 times ARE YOU SURE I WONT LOSE MY GIG INTERNET SPEEDS.  She told me everything will remain.  I did a twitch charity event today with so many people saying im lagging like crazy.  I went to my Xfinity profile and behold I was downgraded to 300Mbps.....   So frustrating today.....Can I please lose everything she lied about and get me back on my 1gig internet plan....
