Scammed and without cell service
Am still waiting for my witless service to be sorted to ATT and agents from Egypt are claiming that there is a nation wide port delay affecting many! ATT says yeah right it should be very straightforward and simple to port my husbands work phone to ATT as they claimed there would be no issues when I transfered to Xfinity and immediately realized I made a huge mistake when my husbands phone suddenly had NO service. I had told them I couldnt have a break in service as it would make us lose money and customer responses as it is a business phone. They lied then I asked to deactivate after 4 hours trying to get my phone up and working. ATTkept saying it was there issue on their end since they could activate and put my husbands phone back on att pronto but are waiting on a response from porting in Xfinity mobile. It's almost 24 hours later and we are with out wireless work phone service!!!! I've been on the phone all this morning. ATT says that when they decide to port out then mybhisbands phone will.magicaly be activated again with att. So all we are waiting on is Xfinity. I've been with xfinity for 10 years. After this I want to cancel all services permanently. I also founf out from the Indians and Egyptians who literally work from their country, not USA, and hours of barely understanding anything t hey said because of a very thick accent, that I've been charged for years $70 for cable when I only ever asked and wanted internet for streaming. So I was probably approx charged fraudently thousands. Im so frustrated and upset and no actual customer support or help at all. We are losing money so many way with this company with poorly trained non American workers. They have lost m all my trust. I just want my husbands phone to be completely deactivated from Xfkjity mobile and ported back to ATT who are waiting on their response and boom his phone will be back on for wireless calls. I will be writing BBB and every other agency plus corporate to get my money back for adding cable without my authorization.

Hello, @user_yf6sho thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. This isn't the experience we want you to have, and definitely understand the frustration not only with the port out issues but having service/billing concerns as well. I'd definitely like to help investigate further regarding both concerns if the issues are still persisting.
- Was the port to AT&T able to get completed?
From experience, when I assist customers with making changes to their account I need to send an order recap that outlines the changes to service being done. This is to help ensure the order is accurately captured with service being requested, and then an order recap needs to be accepted and returned. I know you had mentioned only wanting internet service, are you able to find your previous order agreements and review: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/my-account-find-contract ?
I did also want to help get the proper expectations set up that if you have submitted a BBB or other regulatory complaint, our team would need to defer to those requests and have you wait to receive assistance from them.
