Scammed and need manager
Was lied to by customer service agents and now have been being transferred back and fourth between agents who keep trying to get me to pay for more stuff. I called trying to explain the situation and the people on phone did not know what to do kept transferring between mobile and internet teams, it was a huge waste of time. Im trying to contact a manager now. Have already been lied to by a chat agent claiming to be a manager, and they keep sending me more forms to fill out saying they will “fix it” and credit me for a “Free Ipad” and then send me a form to just pay more, one was not even Comcast related. Frankly, do not trust them. I might have to drive to a comcast store to get this sorted out. Hoping a manger will see this and contact me about my issues. Was supposed to be free Ipad after shipping taxes and activation fee and then $10 for monthly line and drop internet to $55. No have a 470$ balance on acct for an ipad worth ~200 on amazon right now. Horrendous customer service.
