Scam

IU feel bad for the customer service employees because they are stuck in the cross fire of this scam company. I liked this company before, they seemed honest wanting to give deals and looked like they would care for customers. Once my promotion ended I received no communications besides an email in the spam folder we come to find out, that they jumped my bill up $50 and did it for 2 months before I caught it and called them out. So shady such a scam and left a bad taste in my mouth. We will be switching over to T-Mobile service where they stay honest. Xfinity tries saying the competitor is way more expensive when in reality T-Mobile is a $5 difference a month.

user_v1rv5d Hi there! Thank you for sharing your expeirence and creating a post with us on our Xfinity Forums. I'm sorry to read that the increase from the promotion ending came as such a surprise. I have had so many vital emails that I've wanted accidentally sent to my spam folder. Even known invites for my son's friend's birthday parties. I know that our billing is processed about a month in advance which should help when a promotion is ending and the rates will increase. I'm sorry that this did not help alert you in time to make any needed changes to keep the cost low. I would love to dig into the account for us to see what options we have to reduce the cost and keep you with Xfinity.
