Scam

I received a telephone call yesterday from a Xfinity representative who was offering a two year substantial discount on my current plan.  I am fairly certain that this was a scan.  As the conversation progressed he was asking for a credit card number and the first five digits of my social.  I told him I was not interested because there were so many scammers out there.  He gave me his name Steven Fuller, but was obviously from India from his accent, and gave me a badge number!.  He said it was called  affordable internet essentials for seniors.  Sounded like a scammer to me!

The concern is not related to Xfinity Compliments................... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
