Scam

Xfinity has to be the ultimate disgrace of a phone/ service provider . You all had me with out internet service for 1 month; and then for my inconvenience offered me a “free” phone to combat the failure to fix the intital problem! Now here i am paying for something that was suppose to “free”. And you tell me that i can not have my money back but that i can return the phone. 

1st problem, i didn’t ask for a phone, i asked that my internet be fixed. Secondly, i certainly don’t want a “ANDRIOD”  
3rd- how do you offer a “on us “ service but the stipulation are only if i bring a phone over from another provider! sweetie your policy and procedures are governed to your employees, for you to extend them to me (THE CUSTOMER L) is crazy work! The accountibility falls on the associate not the customer! That’s a training issue not a consumer issue. Now if this can’t not be handled from customer facing associate this will be escalated to your corporate office. 

And find away for the consumer to communicate to a live representative not a chat, as this is how “YOUR” customers are manipulated! I need this FIXED ASAP!
