Scam
Contacted by scammers today. They knew all my info….billing cycle, amount and card numbers. Told me my current plan would increase and to switch to a plan requiring me to pay a year in full. When I said no they told me my service would be cancelled. I’ve been a loyal customer for years but after this incident I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
