scam

I've been scammed by a "3rd party billing" Checked with xfinity to see if they deal with 3rd arty payers and they told me they did and the company TALKPOINT MEDIA was a legit company they work with. After the payments from Talkpoint were returned, Xfinity tells me nope we don't work with 3rd parties, and I was scammed. Got the run around by Xfinity security assurance department - transferred around countless times, given 3 different escalation ticket #s. Told they would credit the fees for returned checks and late fee and the amount I was scammed for. Now they tell me there is no record of my calling and won't credit the scam amount and basically sad "oh well". Numerous phone calls, numerous lies from xfinity security assurance department, and I'm no where. Customer service stinks!

user_e0hd8d This is not at all the experience we want any customer to have, thank you so much for your post so we can make sure we get you the help you need. First we do have an approved payment option page please take a look to make sure you do not run into any issues like this again in the future.  Our Customer Security Assurance team does work on private and sensitive information so most teams have limited access to what they were helping with but I would be happy make sure you we get our Executive resolution specialists to better help.

If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. To send a Direct Message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, and then type or select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a direct message.
