SCAM???

I just got a phone call from a XFINITY caller ID. The number listed had a check mark and the number is what XFINITY has online for customer service, [Edited: "Personal Information"]. There was a women who said there was someone on the other line who is pretending to be me. She then connected us and she said we have the "real" customer on the line and the other person hung up. I asked her what happened and she said someone was trying to add a package under my plan. She said they wanted to lower my package or something. I told her I dont and I wanted to know what accounts they had my info on. She said "all of them". She said that they have all my information and asked me if I did want to lower my package and I said "no" and hung up. I didnt get a call back or anything. Is this a scam?? Should I be worried about my information?

@djonesv1995 Hello Good Morning, thank you for taking the time to reach out in our great Xfinity forums community. I'm so sorry to hear about the strange phone call you had. This certainly does like some sort of scam type call. The number you shared is not one I'm familiar with at all. I'm curious, did the women state she was with Xfinity?

I am not sure if she stated she was with xfinity. She was just like someone is pretending to be you and then like instantly connected me with someone who then hung up when she said we have the real customer on the line. She mentioned they wanted to add a package so I assumed she really was with xfinity

I even got a confirmation text from xfinity (934489) that asked for feedback on the phone call by rating 0 to 10 on much likely I am to recommend friends and family.
