Scam?

I don't know why my mailbox isn't working and has suddenly moved....I am getting a notice that I need to redo it....scam or sent from Xfinity? Ugh!

If it's for our Mobile cellular services I would recommend reaching out to our Mobile experts by calling or texting 1 (888) 936-4968.

Now, If you're having issues with your home phone line, We sunset our Xfinity Connect app earlier this year. I have a link with more information (https://comca.st/3BYHQYL) 

 

You should be able to access your home Voice features through the web portal at  (https://comca.st/3BZaqt2) or from (https://comca.st/3QZtbAV).

This phone number ( not mine) is listed for my voice-mail and it wants me to enter new passwords and redo my voice mail which was working fine previously

Is that number with our Mobile service or the land line Voice service?

Are you using Visual Voice Mail on your phone?  If so, you might want to check your settings by opening the app and then clicking on the three dots, then on Settings.  After that you can check your voice mail greeting and change your pin if you dial into voice mail without using the Visual Voice Mail app.  You can also record another voice mail greeting there if you'd like, or just use the default one.
