[Edited: "Inflammatory"] , I had internet for 2 weeks and paid for a upcoming Month and they shut my internet off and come at me [Edited: "Language"] saying I owe $500!! In order for it to be turned on !! I’ve had internet for TWO WEEKS IN MY ENTIRE LIFE , I will NEVER go back to them [Edited: "Inflammatory"] ! ​

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
