Scam or just a bug?

I got a weird text from 934489 saying "I'm sorry something went wrong. Please try again.

1 - Try again". There should be no issue with my billing, so now I'm wondering if my account somehow got hacked or if this is a scam. Has anyone else had experience with this? Not the first time this has happened.

@user_d35655 Thanks for creating a post on our Community Forums. I definitely understand the concern with all the scams out there, and I'd recommend checking your account and billing/payments through the Xfinity app and website. That would show if there were any billing concerns or service issues.
