Scam Email from Xfinity Service
Have had weekly emails stating I needed to update my card information to pay my bill. Last night I received a final notice that my service would be suspended and that Xfinity was sorry to see me leave. Very authentic email, using the same fonts as xfinity. I knew my account was not connected to card and saw payment post in August therefore did not worry. It did make me question again do to the authentic looking email and consistent emails. Beware!!

I am sorry to hear you got that email @user_22j5gk The best course of action, in this case, would actually be to report this to our Customer Security Assurance. You can contact them calling CSA directly at Toll-Free Number: 1-888-565-4329.
