scam calls
I received multiple scam calls from number [Edited: "Invalid Phone Number"] claiming to be xfinity. Has xfinity had a data breech? The scam caller is claiming to offer a promotion where a user would pay for 18 months upfront to the scammer.

The concern is not "Home Networking" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

If you haven't already done so, I would encourage you to reach out to our Customer Security Assurance (CSA) Team and submit a report by visiting https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com or calling 800-266-2278 or 800-934-6489 between the hours of 8am and 12am (EST), 7 days a week. They can document what happened and provide support if case further action is necessary.
