Scam call?

Offering me WiFi and cellphone bundle but wouldn't take no as an answer, didn't verify my account or my name. Scam call?

Can you tell me a little more about what happened during this call? Did the caller identify themselves and notify you that the call would be recorded? Did they ask you to provide any personal information, or was it more one-sided? Most importantly, did you receive any notifications about changes to your account after the call was completed? Please let us know if you encounter any more issues.

They only said they were calling from Comcast, no name given. They didn't ask for my information, or account info, just telling me about home wifi bundle with phone service, asking me where I currently receive service, told me $45/mo for their bundle, them repeatedly asking me why I don't want to take their bundle offer and why I don't want to save money (it's more than what I pay for my current service). Then they hung up after I told them it isn't nice to berate people who say no to their service.
