Scam call?

I've received a call from a number 1 [Edited: "Scam Phone Number"] saying that my 50 percent discount is live on monthly bill, but it's not locked in and to call back number on caller ID to secure savings. Is this real?

Hello, @user_hknu3d. Thank you for taking the time to post on our Community Forum. Scam calls are all too common these days. I have had my fair share of those the past few months as well. I can confirm this is a scam call. If you ever think that a call or email is suspicious, feel free to reach out to us via phone at 1-800-Xfinity (1-800-934-6489).
