scam call

I got a scam call and paid $480  with gift card

I know their number and they sent a message again

How can I handle this? How can I return back my money?

They used my Xfinity app, that changed the billing account balance.

I want to report this case. where should I do that?

If you have gotten a call claiming to be from Comcast asking you to buy gift cards or paying upfront for six months or more in exchange for 50% off your bill the FTC is well aware of this scam.  If you get a call like this you can report it to:     https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/
The FTC also has a great webpage on Scams.  Please check it out as well.
For Target Gift Cards:
Call 1 (800) 544-2943 and follow Target’s instructions.
Keep a copy of the Target gift card or your store receipt.
Please help to stop the spread of this kind of fraud.
Thanks!

Once again, an employee has posted a web address the is only accessible to those with access to Comcast's internal, private Intranet, and not available on the public Internet where we customers are. Perhaps the employee meant to post the "Latest Cybersecurity Alerts" page located at https://spa.xfinity.com/alerts?
