Scam call?

Will someone tell me if this call from “Unknown” is legit or not? I let it go to voicemail. The package I received was correct. 

“Hi, this is Mark here on the line from Xfinity reaching out to you in regards to the device that you guys have just recently ordered from other side basically there's a mistake in the package so please give us a call back on the number that is [Edited: "Invalid Phone Number"] thank you and take care bye-bye”

Also, you can manage and control your Xfinity account settings such as your username and password, authorized users, parental controls, saved payment methods, and more through your account. Which you can always cross-reference on the fly.

There are additional ways you can be proactive to ensure the protection of your Xfinity account. What I always say is trust your gut. If a communication, regardless if it's an email, text message, or phone call claiming to be from Comcast or Xfinity, seems suspicious in asking for payment or personal information, just give us a call at 800-Xfinity (800-934-6489) to verify if the communication is legitimate.
