Scam call?

I missed a call from a 972 area code. At voicemail was left asking me to call [Edited: "Personal Information" before spectrum removes a 50% discount from my account… I don’t have a 50% discount on anything. Is this a scam? I don’t want to call to check and have to verify my ‘account’ and give out my information.

ccpayne Thanks for posting to our Community Forums. There are a lot of scams out there so I agree with your decision to not want to call back or provide your information. Our Customer Security Assurance team can always help verify potential risks that come through by phone or email. You can contact them by phone at 1-888-565-4329 (available every day from 8:00am - 12:00am EST). From my experience, we wouldn't have a discount with Spectrum, so it does sound a bit suspicious and I appreciate you providing the information for us to pass along.
