Scam call from Comcast

I'm guessing this is a fake/scam call from "Comcast."  First clue, caller ID was for Dunin Donuts Center. Guy comes on phone says he is from Comcast/Xfinity doing a courtesy check asking to see if I was having any issues with my service.  Seemed like a phishing scam so I just hung-up.  Anyone else getting these?

user_127jsv, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. You did the right thing. You may receive fraudulent calls from individuals impersonating Comcast representatives. Never provide any personal account information to other agents upon request. If you suspect a call is fraudulent, you should ask exploratory questions to verify the caller's identity, such as their office location or supervisor's name. Additionally, legitimate promotions do not require advance payments or specific payment methods like cash cards. For further assistance, you can contact the Customer Security Assurance team for more information on scams. Here is that link: https://spa.xfinity.com/alerts.

This past week we have gotten two scam calls, both very similar.  The callers identified themselves as from Comcast.  They say that there is a technical problem with the Internet.  Both times we hung up before the caller could go further.  I would guess they would ask for a way to access my account.

Caller ID did not indicate a fake Comcast/Xfinity phone number.  There was no name or company identification. One was from a 484 area code and the other from a 956 area code.  Their style is different from previous attempts...maybe the other varieties were not working.
