Scam, bait and switch on a veteran

I am a Vietnam veteran living on social security with a plethora of health problems including prostate cancer, COPD and a heart condition. Customer support along with the low life that answered these complaints are completely aware of this. They have been contacted by my oncologist and my veteran service officer along with my social worker. I made the mistake of contacting them after receiving a mailer that I could get a free telephone line if I switch to their company. My very first sentence to the agent was that I am a veteran with the above health problems and I do not have the wherewithal or the ability to walk without assistance and I don't have the knowledge to do anything in order to switch. His exact quote was I can do everything for you and directed me into the settings on my telephone and ask for a bunch of numbers that I did not understand and again I told him that this was above my ability, he then told me that my telephone even though it was only 6 months old was too old to do the switch and I would need to buy a telephone from him and I told him no he then reassured me that he could do everything and I would not have to do one thing in order to accomplish this task he asked me for my debit card information and I gave it to him six times. He then told me that he would set up a conference call with AT&t and they could do the switch, he then told me and provided me with a number to call AT&t myself and I told him no and to cancel the order. Approximately 15 minutes later I called back to verify that the order had been canceled. I then talk that said her name was Christina and she would walk me through the process and that I should have my social worker take me into a local Xfinity store and they would do the transfer and again I told her no but she insisted to have my social worker take me in to do the transfer because I again told her the same thing that I told the original man that I could not walk without assistance. Again I told her no and before I could hang up the telephone she said that my new telephone would be arriving in approximately 3 days via FedEx and I would have to sign for it and again I told her no cancel my order and she hung up the telephone on me. 3 days later after she conned me into submitting my DD-214 to put me in some kind of gold program where I would receive 2 years of free telephone and she stayed on the telephone line until I submitted my DD-214 but again I told her cancel the order. When FedEx arrived I did not sign for it and was never in possession of any equipment from Xfinity. I then started receiving telephone calls from people at Xfinity telling me to transfer my telephone number and I told all 10 to 20 of them that I canceled the order and I was not in possession of any equipment from them. And about the same time I checked my bank account. They not only hit me for $160 that I canceled and employee there hit me for an additional $25 and they hit me for another $158. In the matter of 1 hour they sold over $300 out of my bank account after on two occasions I told them to cancel the order. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and because of them scamming me and doing a classic bait and switch it is very possible that I will not have food this month. I provided via email one of the lowlifes that answer these complaints with my contact information and they refused to contact me. I contacted and filed a complaint with their legal department and they refused to contact me. I sent an email to the arbitration department and all I got was an auto response and was told not to respond to that email. Now because of them even though they are fully aware that I have to have assistance to walk they are forcing me to have somebody transport me to the prosecutor's office to pursue a criminal charge and in order to recover the money they stole from me I am going to have to get an attorney to file a civil charge to recover my money. I told my social worker of all these problems and she informs me that she receives approximately 80 complaints per month from senior citizens that Xfinity does the same thing to them. I provide everyone at Xfinity with my contact telephone number I received no telephone call at all. All of the customer service people that have been calling and harassing me I provided them my telephone number even though they have it and not one person has put the money back in my bank account that they stole from me. The lowlifes that answer these posts only answer with a canned response and never attempt to call me or attempt to resolve this issue or assure me that they will put the stolen money back in my bank account! Even though they have knowledge that I am of bad health they continue to take advantage of me and steal money from me. This morning I filed a complaint with the BBB but I also know that they are a toothless organization and nothing will come of that. I am asking anyone and everyone that reads this please repost it please contact your local media and let them know of the scam that Xfinity is running on veterans and senior citizens I need someone's help, I need food!
