Save your selves the headache

I just wanted to come here and give yall a heads up. Avoid any promotions offered over the phone. I have been back and forth over an Apple Watch that was supposed to be free with a promotion. The agent over the phone messed up and now I’m being charged for the watch.  I have escalated the issue and still no resolution.  I had decided to just return the watch and be DONE with it. This has been the worst experience.
