I had a very interesting convo with my agent today named Paikhomba! Great sense of humor, typos too! We actually joked about AI and the agent left a sad face. I was originally requesting credit for being offline for 5 days during Beryl. My bill is $55 monthly and it would have been $9.21. Instead I was credited $15! I am very please with the customer service I received today! Thank you Xfinity!
