Santa Clara Outages

From Santa Clara, California. Just a simple question. When will it be possible for us to go 2 whole weeks without a 4 or 5 hour outage during working hours? Just a simple question please. 

And the funny thing is that your customer service is blocked during outages, why? so we do not complain? 

I want to know the answer to the question because I want to make a decision on whether it is even worth staying with xfinity. I promise you, it is so frustrating!!! Especially for someone working from home!!!! 

So please, anyone who can answer. Please when?

I pretty much just want to know when this will no longer be an issue. Cause I promise you it is SO FRUSTRATING NOT BEING ABLE TO DO MY WORK!!!

user_86sy4q I appreciate you taking the time to create a post on our Community Forums, and do apologize that you've been experiencing interruptions with your service. Unfortunately, we would not have an answer as to when interruptions would cease, as multiple factors can be the cause. Whether it is power issues, weather-related, hardware, or network issues. Our technicians respond and work on repairs as quickly as they can to make sure services are restored, though I know it doesn't help when working from home and relying on that connection.

Thanks for your response. I am not asking about ceasing outages. I am just asking for the frequency of them. Right now it is an outage every 2 weeks. I am just asking when this will go down. I am even okay with an outage a month. BUT EVERY 2 WEEKS IS JUST A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! 

So please if I can get that answer it would be very helpful. 

Also, what has customer service have to do with outages. Like why can I not connect with an agent during an outage? Are they also experiencing an outage too?

The internet came back and guess what ... after 2 hours it went away again .... good going Xfinity! Really doing a lot of good for us :)
